Our Philosophy

People crave information, yet become overwhelmed by how much they receive. They want customized messages and offers, but find it creepy if they're too specific. They demand transparency and an open exchange of ideas, provided those ideas don't differ too much from their own. Such is the conundrum of communications and marketing today.

At Concordant, we are constantly walking this fine line.  We appreciate the power of building connections and the importance of understanding what makes people tick. (Spoiler alert: it's not consistent and changes regularly.) We recognize that people want not only to be heard but understood. And we've seen that loyalty is seldom achieved in the absence of inspiration.
